Shirley and Carlton Porter and Uttambhai and Hariganga Bodhani, from Birmingham; and Monica and Ken Bowkett and Jean and David Hobbs, from Worcestershire, have all been married for 50 years or more.

  1. This isn't advice. Can't they ask old couples to talk about real things, like their struggles with monogamy or non-monogomay, pain and bitterness and disappointments? Grief? Just tired if the "here are old couples being cutesy" given to us as "advice."

  2. And there are 11 million people in the uk who are lonely and will never have another partner. I hear the UK now has a Ministry and a Minister of Loneliness. My wife died 13 years ago and it’s all downhill for me in NZ. This garbage makes me ill.
