BBC journalist Thomas Martienssen had been covering the 2015 climbing season from Mount Everest. He was in camp one – 800m above base camp when the earthquake struck. He has been able to send his first video report since being rescued.

  1. these people are documenting their climb, right?  so where's the video of the actual earthquake and everything that they said here?  it's impossible they aren't able to shoot it when they know it will be a huge hit in the internet and tv, but that is of course IF they are really there when it happened and documenting their climb.

  2. STOP climbing stupid hills and HELP the people if you are not slaves of the commercial system.
